I called this morning to see if i could get some nice flowers delivered to my fiancee as she has been feeling under the weather. Spoke to a really helpful friendly guy who made sure that a beautiful bouquet of flowers had reached her within 2 hours…she was absolutely thrilled. What an excellent service, thank you!!!

I recently received two boxed flower arrangements for my birthday, both of them were simply stunning, such beautiful flowers. The service was also fantastic, I didn’t know flowers were coming & mentioned to my daughter that I was going out at 9am delivery day. This was the evening before so my daughter contacted Nancy who made sure my flowers were delivered by Michael before 9am, no problem at all. Such a lovely, helpful family run local business, nothing was too much trouble & the flowers were still looking good two weeks later.

Absolutely delighted with my bridal bouquet and crown, they were perfect. I was assisted over the phone by a gentleman called Mike who was extremely helpful, much appreciated.

Ordered online for next day delivery and to be honest was not sure what to expect but was stunned when my mother called to say they were the best flowers she had every received.

I went later that evening to visit my mum for her birthday and was amazed.

The glass vase will also be re used by mum over and over again.

I ordered two large hatbox arrangements to be delivered to Elstree Studios at 10am hoping this could be fulfilled the same day and was amazed when both stunning displays arrived at 4pm.

Herts flowers helped me no end with the flowers for my beautiful nanny’s funeral. We ordered Mum, Nanny, Wife and a beautiful Lilly and rose spray. The quality of the tributes left our family in complete awe! Mike took the time to make sure what we wanted was perfect and was so kind! He made the process so easy and took the stress out of my hands. He called the funeral directors and arranged delivery which was a relief, i told Mike what we wanted and the rest was arranged for us. Mike and his team are incredible! He was so understanding about ordering flowers for my Aunts funeral. I didn’t have much details to give and he took it into his own hands to help with this and went above and beyond to get the flowers to her funeral. Mike also was amazing at communicating with me about when they will be arriving and even took photos of the final flowers to send to me personally so me and my family could have a look at the final piece, due to being unable to attend the funeral. I can’t thank Herts Flowers enough and will 100% be using again!
